I don’t know about you, but I am always looking for ways to showcase both sides of my beautiful Designer Series Paper (DSP). Below are two fun folds tutorial you can try that does just that. Fun Folds are my favorite type of handmade card to make. The fun fold directions include two different options that display both sides of your DSP.
Fun Folds Option #1
Supplies and Measurements
Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″, 4″ x 2-1/2″
Designer Paper: 5-3/8″ x 4-1/8″, 4-3/4″ x 3-3/4″
White Cardstock: 3-1/2″ x 2-1/4” (inside panel)
1 tag
Ribbon and Embellishments (optional)
Directions
Adhere DSP (5-3/8″ x 4-1/8″) to cardstock (5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″).

Then score smaller sheet of DSP (4-3/4″ x 3-3/4″) in half along the 4-3/4″ side at 2-3/8″.

Attach scored DSP to cardstock (4″ x 2-1/2″). Then adhere white cardstock to the inside.
Next adhere it to the center of the larger first piece created in step 1.

Stamp a sentiment on your tag and attach it with dimensionals. Lastly, add ribbon and embellishments if desired.

Fun Folds Option #2
Supplies and Measurements
Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″, 4-1/4″ x 3″
Designer Paper: 5-3/8″ x 4-1/8″, 2 of these
White Cardstock: 3-1/2″ x 2-1/4” (inside panel)
1 tag
Ribbon and Embellishments (optional)
Directions
First adhere DSP (5-3/8″ x 4-1/8″) to cardstock (5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″) leaving a border on all four sides.

Next fold the second piece of DSP in half along the 5-3/8″ side at 2-5/8″ and attach it to the smaller piece of cardstock (4-1/4″ x 3″).

Then adhere it to the center of the card base created in step one. Attach the white cardstock inside the folded DSP.
Lastly, stamp your sentiment on your tag and attach it with dimensionals. Add ribbon and embellishments if desired.
