Today I am sharing a simply elegant Christmas card that is very quick and easy to make. The color combination is so stunning you will definitely want to give this Pretty Peacock and Gold Foil Christmas Card a try. Supplies:
- Stamp Set – Peaceful Season (164145)
- Cardstock –Pretty Peacock Cardstock (150880); Season of Elegance Specialty 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper (164144), Gold Foil Sheets (132622)
- Stamp Pads – Versamark (102283)
- Misc. – Peaceful Season Dies (164020); Peaceful Season Bundle (164021); Heat Tool (129053); Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder (165678); Embossing Additions Tool Kit (159971); Gold Textured Adhesive Backed Dots (164027); Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Paper Trimmer (152392); Stampin’ Seal (152813)
Measurements:
- Pretty Peacock: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored at 4-1/4
- Designer Series Paper: 4” x 5-1/4”
- Pretty Peacock: 1” x 4”, 1” x 3”
- Gold Foil: 1” x 4”
Instructions for Pretty Peacock and Gold Foil Christmas Card:
- First fold Pretty Peacock card stock in half to make a card base.
- Then adhere the Designer Series Paper to the card base with Stampin’ Seal adhesive.
- Die cut the Pretty Peacock card stock measuring 1″x 4″ with the word “Christmas” Die. Attach it on top of the gold foil sheet.
- Next, attach it to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Die cut a label from Pretty Peacock card stock measuring 1″ x 3″.
- Rub the label with the embossing buddy from the Embossing Additions Tool Kit to remove any static.
- Stamp the “Merry” sentiment using Versamark ink. Cover with Gold Embossing Powder and heat the powder until melted using the Heat Tool.
- Next, attach it to the card above the word Christmas using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Lastly, add two Gold Textured Adhesive Backed Dots to the card front.
